◆盤勢分析
ECB 如預期延長購債期間，不過明年 4 月起額度將由 800 億降至 600 億歐元， 9 日台股反應此利多，隨美股開高，盤中幾乎登上前高，可惜量能未跟上，漲幅萎縮甚至翻黑，靠超強主力幫忙，令台股連二日收紅，終場加權指數收在 9392.68 點，上漲 16.82 點或 0.18%，成交額 780.69 億元。 OTC 指數收在 124.25 點，上漲 0.2 點或 0.16%，成交額 183.32 億元。
